Payment is to be made prior to the commencement of the course.

Booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment and a course programme will be sent to delegates.

Cancellations

More than 28 days before the start date of the course - no charge

14-28 days - 50% of the fee is payable

0-14 days - the whole course fee is payable

OneSafety reserve the right to cancel courses due to under-subscription or other unforeseen events.
